Yvonne Zindel *1983, lives and works in Berlin and Hamburg.
For years I have been researching and working on techniques of the digital, i.e. as a research associate at the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, for which I developed an overall concept for educational work in the Humboldt Forum. I have published on the possibilities of immaterial art and cultural mediation and on the possibilities of new cultural techniques such as VR / AR in dealing with digital copies of collections. In early 2018 I started working at the University of the Arts in Berlin with a research position for my PhD project "Revisiting Collections -Transformations of Cultural Education using the Example of Digital Education in Non-European Ethnological Collections", funded by the "Berlin Program for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities for Women in Research and Teaching"(BCP) within the framework of the exzellence cluster "DiGiTal - Digitization: Design and Transformation".
